You only pay for actual room usage.

For example: a 3,000 room is ₱100 daily rate.

If you  started January 15, you only pay for January 15 until 31 using the daily rate.

₱100 x 17 days (including Jan 15th)

Security deposit cannot be used to pay for rent.

Once you exit the boarding house, we will deduct: unpaid water and light bills, cleaning fee, room damage/repairs (if any).

You will receive the remaining balance within 14 days of exit.
