You only pay for actual room usage.

For example: a 3,000 room is ₱100 daily rate.

If you  started January 15, you only pay for January 15 until 31 using the daily rate.

The security deposit cannot be used for rent. Upon move-out, we will deduct any unpaid utility bills, cleaning fees, and repair costs.

The remaining balance will be returned within 14 days.
