House Rules & Policies

• Quiet hours are between 10pm and 5am. Keep noise down.

• Impact noise minimized at all times (going up and down the stairs, closing doors/gate) 

• Lost Keys charged   at ₱75 per key.

• Guest visits are allowed a total of 16 hours/month

• Washing Machine can only be used one wash load per week per person. 

  • One wash load = load the machine once to do 1 wash cycle

  • set to 2.5 (max) hours wash cycle

  • Do not overload the washing machine

•  No stove inside the room (except for suites)

• Small appliances are allowed

  • rice cooker, electric kettles, electric pot cookers

  • personal refrigerator

  • television

Common Area Etiquette

• No one wants to hear what you are watching on your cellphone

• No one wants to see you in your underwear only.

• Flush the toilet after each use.

• No one wants to hear your toilet activities (please close the door).

• Do not leave dishes and pots in the sink.

• Do not use some else's pots/pans/dishes.

• No cooking or frying aromatic dishes between 10pm and 5am.

Extra Charges

1. Extra use of washing machine will ₱30 for each load. 

2. After 4 visits,  your room will be charged automatically at ₱35 per visit. 

Violations

Noise complaints. Excessive noise is ground for contract termination, leading to eviction and security deposit forfeiture.

Washing machine breakdown due to misuse. Repair cost will be charged to your room, subject to investigation.
